I can't say enough good things about this gym! Yes, it's at a higher price point, but it's worth every penny. The quality of training is top-notch, and the coaches truly care about your progress. The coaches will tailor your training program to meet your needs for your sport or goals. In the past 5 months of my time here, my coach Brendon has progressively allocated me more and more difficult training programs, and it’s easy to see my improvements in strength and also quality of life in general, which was such a bonus. I feel that GT fitness’ training approach is very holistic, which is something I really appreciate.If you're looking for a place where you'll not only get fit but also feel supported and have a great time doing it, I highly recommend this gym! I was looking to get back into the gym after injuring my shoulder at work, so I reached out to GT Fitness. I heard back from them immediately and was offered a free consultation.George listened to my goals and explained their holistic approach to their training and dietary programs, he reassured me that they would be able to help me strengthen my body and lean down safely post injury. Jake is extremely knowledgable and has help me tremendously in perfecting my form and strengthening my body and injured shoulder. I reached out to 10 Personal Trainers on the same day and only George called me back, within 10 mins.(the other 9 have yet to contact me 5 months later)I was very particular about what I wanted to achieve, he listened, was realistic and I started the next week.Brandon my PT is great, he is confident in his abilities, yet realistic about targets.He has a wealth of knowledge on Personal Training and the human body, so any questions can be answered and backup.He focuses on your goal and overall long-term success, ensuring that every exercise is completed in the correct way.This is a place for those wanting a true personal trainer.The actual location is clean and with no one else other than one on one clients there, is never crowded.I am confident that my goals will be met and when they are I will be able to maintain it.Would highly recommend.

GT Fitness & Performance has been the best place for me to restart my fitness and health journey after having a baby! George has been nothing but the best. Best money and time spent. I came here with a goal to gain weight and feel stronger, and achieved more than that. I feel not only physically more stable and healthier but mentally stronger too, even some of my food intolerances passed away. I learned many things about my body, diet and training, and could see my muscles growing and feel myself much better. I am so thankful to George and my trainer Andrew who guided and encouraged me throughout the sessions. I always struggled with discipline and fitness and coming here was the best decision. Tried other personal training before and it’s *nothing* in comparison to these guys who truly tailor training to you and pay so much attention to every detail, not only in exercises but also diet and lifestyle. Most favourite part is having someone support you and look forward to, helping you to stay on track. Overall I am very satisfied with GT Fitness and Performance. Thank you for being so cool.
I've tried it all over the last couple of years: the economy gym, F-classes, and even a home gym.Nothing worked. My weight fluctuated so much that even my yo-yo was getting jealous.Then, I discovered Brandon and GT Performance and fitness. My 16 son and I have been training with Joao at GT fitness. I was struggling with my self esteem and hated seeing myself in the mirror. In less than 2 months I’ve gone from covering up my legs to wearing short skirts again - my legs have muscle tone again! I’m stronger and healthier. And my 16 year old has gone from hating exercise to now loving working out and now plays football with his mates. George and his team are fun, welcoming and really work hard with you to achieve your goals. It’s money well spent!
I’ve been training with Brandon for a year and it’s been great. Brandon certainly understands your goals and how to get your there, he’s taught me a lot about making changes to my lifestyle and to trust the process as well as building up the training. I moved across to GT Fitness 6 weeks ago and I’m so happy with the progress I’m making in my creaky old 63 year old hips and knees. I train with Joao & he is very approachable and now I’ve taken his (and George’s) advise on diet I am starting to feel like a new woman.Highly recommend them no matter what age you are.
George was a very knowledgeable and friendly coach. He guided me through the first stages of comp prep and I feel that I have made so much improvement over our time together. Would recommend his training to anyone whether they just want lifestyle coaching or comp prep!!
I worked for 15 weeks with Andrew. It has been an amazing experience. Having an issue in the back and being inactive for two years, I was hesitant at the beginning as I thought was not possible to do any excercise However, Andrew was really good. He emphasised in doing the each excercise correctly to avoid injuries, we worked a lot in the techniques and increasing weight little by little. He changed my diet to eat in a different way to better use nutrients. If I had any question or concerned, Andrew was available at any time. Highly recommended
The GT team are the best! I’ve been working with Andrew for several months now and he’s super knowledgeable about the body - whenever I say that I’m feeling an exercise in the wrong way he always gives me a way to correct it or switch up the exercise. Great advice on nutrition too. The team is friendly and I love the studio mascot Ronny. They also use a great app for workouts and tracking activity which I find awesome. Thanks guys!
This unique gym stands out from the rest in the Mortdale/Peakhurst area. This facility is amazing! It has top equipment, is super clean and comfortable with staff that are truely the best in the market when it comes to PT professionals. My husband and I have been attending the facility for the past month and have had huge results through stripping back to achieve our mobility over poor technique before lifting weight that’s not achievable like other gyms. So I give a huge shout out to the team particularly Russ my trainer, Brandon my husband’s trainer and of course George who puts all the dots together. So if you’re a beginner or even a professional athlete this is the place to go to.
Absolute amazing!! Love coming here, the more I come a train the more I feel better about myself I’ve already lost 2 sizes, a building muscle feeling good everyday. I cannot recommend George and his team enough! I came to George 2 and a half months ago, struggling with chronic pain in my pelvis and hips left over from my fourth pregnancy. I was struggling with daily tasks and mobility in general 6 months post partum.. I was sceptical that he could help and frustrated that I was in daily pain 6 months postpartum, despite the work I was putting into my recovery.. I was impressed from the first consultation, George took time to listen to what was happening for me and has always respected my fears of moving too fast and going backwards in my progress. Fast forward 2 and a half months of weekly sessions and in the last three weeks I have noticed that the daily chronic pain has almost gone, I’m feeling super strong and have come so far. Every week has brought improvement but the biggest thing has been the lack of chronic pain. What a relief! Weight loss was not one of my goals, but thanks to help with my food and supplements, I have lost weight (3kgs) and maybe more than 25cm over my whole body. George has approached my rehab/recovery in a wholistic way, looked at food, increasing my food intake and changing the food I eat, sleep and fitting in more exercise through the week. As an aside, my husband has been training with him for 2 years and has had an awesome experience too, with his back pain non existent now. Thanks George!
I go to training to improve my mobility. Even when I don't feel like training Brandon manages to motivate me and he will adapt the training to help me with any stiff joints or muscles. I always feel better after training and having lost 9kgs I am well on my way to my goal weight. Thanks Brandon and George.
