Brandon my PT is great, he is confident in his abilities, yet realistic about targets. He has a wealth of knowledge on Personal Training and the human body, so any questions can be answered and backup. He focuses on your goal and overall long-term success, ensuring that every exercise is completed in the correct way. This is a place for those wanting a true personal trainer. The actual location is clean and with no one else other than one on one clients there, is never crowded. I am confident that my goals will be met and when they are I will be able to maintain it.
